Service Announcement: 

proXPN is currently performing maintenance on its global e-commerce systems. The website, support tickets, signups, and upgrades will be variably unresponsive at times over the next 8 hours. This maintenance should not affect VPN services. If you are attempting to purchase or upgrade a proXPN subscription, please check back here often for an update. We will post immediately following full restoration of these services. We apologize for any inconvenience as a result of these necessary measures.

proXPN UK server scheduled maintenance

Our UK location will be offline for up to one hour during data center maintenance starting at 12:00 noon EST (GMT -4) today, 04 April 2012. website maintenance

We will be performing system upgrades on the proXPN website during the hours of 15:00 and 17:00 UTC/GMT (10:00-12:00 EST). During this time the website will be unavailable but the VPN service itself will continue to function normally.

During this window, we’ll be taking the site down for maintenance and upgrades. During this time, the site may experience outages where the client area and main pages of the site will be unavailable.

VPN server will not be affected, so VPN logins will not be disrupted.

proXPN Signapore router software upgrade

Service maintenance announcement.

Start Time: Wednesday, August 24, 2011 at 1:00 PM EDT (GMT -4)
End time: Wednesday, August 24, 2011 at 3:00 PM EDT (GMT -4)
Expected service interruption(s): Two ten minute periods during this window.

Our Singapore location will be undergoing a router software upgrade. During the above maintenance window, we expect to lose internet connectivity for up to two(2) ten minute periods.

UK Data Center Outage

proXPN UK server was down today during 10:15 – 14:15 UK time.
The outage was detected/noticed immediately upon happening and notified to UK support immediately.  It was due to a total datacenter outage, and not proxpn server specific.

Mail Server Down

For those of you that have been trying to sign up that did not get the confirmation email, proXPN mail server had stopped and was not sending out these emails, everything is now back to normal and we are sorry for those of you that were inconvenienced by this outage

Service Notification: UK server down

Service Notification: Our UK server appears to be down. Engineers are investigating and we’ll post updates/news as we get it.

Update 2011-02-17 09:13:00 UTC – UK data center techs continue to work the problem. Updates will be posted as news arrives.

Service Update: 2011-02-17 10:04:04 UTC – UK servers back online, but there seems to be a bandwidth issue that we’re tracking down. Users can log in but may experience limited bandwidth until this is resolved.
